Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  • We accept return requests only if:

    • The item is damaged

    • The product does not match its description or title

    • The item received is entirely different from the images shown at the time of purchase

Return Request Guidelines:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery

  • The delivery timestamp provided by our shipping partner will be considered final for calculating the 24-hour window

  • Requests must be raised through the Your Account section on our website; phone calls or verbal communication will not be accepted

Return Shipping Responsibilities:

  • Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping

  • Returned items must be securely packed in their original condition, with any additional packaging necessary to protect the product during transit

  • It is the customer’s duty to ensure the product is delivered to our designated return address

Refund Process:

  • Once the returned item is received and verified, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days

  • In some cases, refunds may be processed directly to the customer’s bank account

  • Government holidays and bank holidays are excluded from the 7-day processing period, which may extend the timeline accordingly

Payment Partner Timeline:

  • Refunds are processed via our payment gateway partner. Once we initiate the refund, the final release of funds depends on their processing time, which may vary and is beyond our control
