Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details, where tracking is available.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times within India are generally:

7-10 business days
Remote or difficult-to-reach locations: 15–30 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Risachi Heritage may offer free shipping on selected orders, products, or orders above a specified value, as communicated on Risachi.com.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other available communication channels.

Customers can use the tracking information provided to check the status of their shipment with the relevant courier company.

5. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including their name, house/building number, locality, city, state, PIN code, and contact number.

Risachi Heritage is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.

6. Delayed Deliveries

We make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated delivery period. However, delays may occur due to:

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

Please inspect your package at the time of delivery.

If the package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, we recommend refusing delivery where possible and contacting us immediately.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the outer package and product. An unboxing video may also be helpful in resolving the issue.

Any claim will be reviewed in accordance with our applicable Return & Refund Policy.

8. Failed Delivery / Undelivered Orders

If a courier company is unable to deliver an order because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, repeated failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept the package, or other reasons attributable to the customer, the order may be returned to us.

Any applicable re-shipping charges may be payable by the customer.

9. Change of Delivery Address

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

We will try to accommodate the request, but an address change may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.

10. Multiple Products in One Order

Where an order contains multiple products, Risachi Heritage may ship the products together or separately depending on product availability, package size, warehouse arrangements, or logistics requirements.

You may therefore receive multiple shipments for a single order.
